Delivery Information

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout, with a minimum charge of £4.95.

Please allow up to 28 days for us to make your items, they are bespoke and require the attention to detail they deserve. Delivery is usually 3-5 days once shipped. If you require your order by a specific date, then please email us to ensure we can meet your requirements. All orders will be shipped in full where possible.

Personalised items are non refundable and exchanges are not accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure that all names and roles are entered correctly when ordering. Should you have any questions regarding a specific item i.e. sizing, please contact us prior to ordering.

If you feel the garment is faulty upon receipt, please contact us straight away via email. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.
